Аннотація: The article focuses on the need to strengthen state regulation and institutional support for the agricultural land market in Ukraine. The need to form an adaptive institutional field to support the organization of the agricultural market is determined. It analyzes the foreign experience of the formation of the legislative field in relation to the market turnover of agricultural lands. Proposals are proposed to improve the efficiency of state regulation of the agricultural land turnover market.
