Аннотація: The article considers urgent issues of legal regulation of virtual assets in Ukraine. Specifics of using legal terminology related to the circulation of virtual assets are clarified. The main trends in the introduction of legal regulation of cryptocurrencies and other types of virtual assets are considered. The Draft Law of Ukraine “On Virtual Assets” aimed to regulate legal relations caused by the circulation of virtual assets in Ukraine is analyzed.
