Аннотація: The work is devoted to the justification and technology of preparation of sunflower cake in the form of granules, by creating a porous structure using extrusion and granulation methods, before extraction of extraction oil. Based on the experimental studies, their effectiveness and increase in the yield of sunflower oil have been confirmed.
