Аннотація: Enhancement of the efficiency of competitive industries of Ukraine’s national economy is an important factor in overcoming socio-economic crisis and providing conditions for increasing revenues and improving welfare of the country. Further effective development of oil and fat industry of Ukraine depends on solving of a number of current issues, including the improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of relations between the members of the agricultural market in order to seek directions of forming a rational resource base of oil and fat processing enterprises.
