Аннотація: The theoretico-methodological bases of organizational and economic mechanism as economic concept have been substantiated , the conceptual principles of forming of the mechanism to improve the efficiency of sugar beet production have been determined, the methodological approaches to assess its impact on efficiency of sugar beet production have been summarized.
The organizational and economic mechanism as an important factor in ensuring the development and competitiveness of economic systems of different levels - from a separate company in the field up to the national economy level - has been considered.
The directions of improving the organizational and economic increase mechanism of efficiency of sugar beet production based on the ordering of the interconnectedness of functions of the mechanism and sectoral management, enhance the processes of development. The purposes of the article are grounding the theoretic and methodological bases of organizational and economic mechanism as economic concept, determination of the conceptual principles of forming of the mechanism to improve the efficiency of sugar beet production.
Methodological basis of research are system approach to the study of the phenomena and processes and dialectical method of cognition, that allowed to consider the processes related to forming of organizational and economic mechanism of increasing the efficiency of sugar beet production.
The organizational and economic mechanism as an important factor in ensuring the development and competitiveness of economic systems of different levels - from a separate company in the field up to the national economy level - has been considered.
The sequence of strengthening the relation between the components of organizational and economic mechanism of sugar beet production has been illustrated, conceptual bases of forming of the mechanism to improve the efficiency of sugar beet production, that include differential application of specific and general organizing and economic levers, instruments and relations has been formed.
The directions of improving the organizational and economic increase mechanism of efficiency of sugar beet production based on the ordering of the interconnectedness of functions of the mechanism and sectoral management has been suggested.
The suggestions expounded in the article can be used for improving of the organizational and economic mechanism and providing of the effective functioning of sugar beet production.
