Summary: The development of trade, sales of industrial products, supply of necessary raw materials, materials and equipment to business entities, provision of various services in the field of service to individuals and legal entities requires the regulation of contractual relations, the business contract is the main legal document that regulates the relations of parties, participants in economic legal relations and is one of the main reasons for the emergence of economic obligations. Creation of a harmonious and effective system of economic legislation is one of the most important areas of development of the legal system of Ukraine in the context of adaptation to the legislation of the European Union.
