Summary: The article shows a schematic diagram of a vibrating disk-type grinder for chopping corn starch substance in ethanol production, achieving the idea of a combined interaction between vibrational and rotational motion of the working body, a combination of shock and cutting impact of working bodies on the material, which will handle both certified substance and substance materials with a high moisture content without significantly reducing equipment bandwidth and ensuring the timely product withdrawal from the grinding zone.
