Summary: The article considers the problems of legal regulation of state protection of consumer rights in Ukraine. The attention is focused on the problems in legislative activity and on the shortcomings of the normative-legal regulation of the peculiarities of the legal protection of the rights of consumers in the Ukrainian legislation, the concrete ways of improvement of the normative-legal regulation of the specified problem in Ukraine are determined.
