Summary: Анотація Проаналізовано поняття та сутність категорій «безпеки» та «економічної безпеки» як на глобальному, міжнародному, національному, регіональному рівнях, так і на рівні окремого підприємства. Досліджено ієрархічні системи економічної безпеки. Визначено, що економічна безпека країни може трактуватися як поєднання економічної безпеки держави – макрорівень, і економічної безпеки економічних суб’єктів – макрорівень. Обґрунтовано, що важливою проблемою щодо підвищення рівня економічної безпеки країни є слабка технологічна оснащеність, дуже низька рентабельності українського АПК та повна апатія держави до проблем галузі. Оскільки, аграрний сектор є особливою галуззю економіки держави, його розвиток має визначальний вплив на рівень життя українського народу. Доведено, що стратегія забезпечення економічної безпеки АПК регіонів, а також його стійкий розвиток повинен формуватися на державних програмах. Саме ці програми повинні мати чітко сформовану мету, завдання, пріоритети та забезпечення гарантованої державної підтримки. Abstract The concept and essence of the categories "security" and "economic security" at the global, international, national, regional levels and at the level of an individual enterprise are analyzed. Hierarchical systems of economic security are studied. It is determined that the economic security of the country can be interpreted as a combination of economic security of the state – macro level, and economic security of economic entities - macro level. It is substantiated that an important problem in increasing the level of economic security of the country is weak technological equipment, very low profitability of the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex and complete apathy of the state to the problems of the industry. Since the agricultural sector is a special branch of the state`s economy, its development has a decisive influence on the standard of living of the Ukrainian people. It is proved that the strategy of ensuring the economic security of the agro-industrial complex of the regions, as well as its sustainable development should be formed on state programs. It is these programs that must have a clearly defined goal, objectives, priorities and ensure guaranteed state support.
