Аннотація: Modern trends in the development of the field of hospitality are analyzed, the concept of "hospitality" is considered as a system of economic, socio-economic and economic-ecological relations formed in society regarding the production of a hospitality product, its distribution, exchange, and consumption. The process of forming the strategic set of the enterprise is considered, in particular, ensuring the rational distribution of resources between the areas of activity, effective use to achieve the defined strategic guidelines, which is one of the goals of strategic management at the enterprise.
