Аннотація: The article is devoted to the consideration of the legal regulation of credit relations and the legal basis of judicial protection of the rights of consumers of credit services. The author analyzes the current civil legislation and case law of the Civil Court of Cassation, the Commercial Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court and the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court on certain categories of credit disputes. The article provides proposals for amendments to the current civil legislation in order to expand the guarantees of the rights of consumers of credit services provided by financial institutions.
