Аннотація: In the real article certainly and it is described one anchorman in modern science method of hands on training – coaching. Basic maintenance of influence of methods of coaching is described not only in the professional sphere of managers of marketing communications but also in other situations of sphere of activity of higher educational establishments. It is shown that technology of coaching is a mechanism that allows to personality to develop and arrive at certain results in life. Coaching emphasizes «hands» on training and «educating with the use of feed-back».
