Аннотація: The article defines the main components of forming the mechanism of personnel
assessment, motivation and stimulation in an effective way management of a
machine-building enterprise. The author defines the main goals, tools and leverage of the mechanism. It is substantiated that the mechanism of motivation of labor has different reasons and the purpose of functioning. The main tasks, which are called to solve the motivational mechanism in the management system of the machine-building enterprise, are characterized.
