Аннотація: The main features and modern tendencies of agri-food supply chains development in the logistic distribution system of Ukraine is described in the article. The SWOT-analysis of the institutional environment of the agri-food supply chains sustainable development have been conducted, the level of agri-food logistic system losses in agrarian sector of Ukraine have been estimated. An institutional mechanism for 193-194 the agri-food supply chain (AFSC)transformation into the sustainable agro-food value chain (SAFVC) was proposed to enable the sustainable development of the logistics system on the basis of the conducted researches, taking into account the experience of developed countries.
