Аннотація: The peculiarities of state support for agricultural producers in the EU and Ukraine are characterized. The priority directions of state support for agricultural production in Ukraine are determined. Comparison of Ukrainian and world monetary policy in the field of agriculture is carried out. The efficiency of agricultural sector activity in the context of the state gross domestic product growth is characterized. The disparity in prices for agricultural products and machinery and materials involved for its production is analyzed. A comparison of the government support impact on the yield of major crops in Ukraine and the EU is made. A priority directions of reforming mechanisms of state financial support for agricultural producers are suggested.
