Summary: The study aims to address the problems of accounting and analytical evaluation of organic production to strengthen the information support of management, aimed at preserving the resource base of the agricultural sector, optimizing management, taking into account the effects of uncertainty and risk.
It is planned to develop and implement a methodology for accounting for the production of organic products which includes a set of measures aimed at accounting and analytical support of resource support management, optimization of costs, taking into account the quality characteristics of organic products in accounting and
reporting to ensure a sufficient level of profitability and competitive advantages of the manufacturer. The methodology aims at developing a fundamentally new accounting and analytical management system that will take
into account the features of environmentally safe production, high product quality with an optimal combination
of costs and resources; basic provisions of accounting regulations, synthesis of the existing methodology for accounting for the costs and output of organic products and the formation of proposals aimed at solving these problems.
