Summary: The study examines the current state of economic development in Ukraine. It is noted that in order to develop the state it is necessary to find new ways focused on functioning in a digital society. It was found that it is
important to shape the development strategy in such a way as to form strong
ties and cooperation between government agencies, business structures
and society. It is investigated that the social orientation of business is an
important tool in the context of decentralization. An integrated environmental management system is an important condition for international cooperation. In today’s world, the search for modern tools for the formation of a flexible management system is essential both at the level of business structures and at the level of management of regional associations.
