Summary: У статті розкрито проблеми правового забезпечення функціонування ринку біопалив в Україні. Охарактеризовано наявну нормапіивно-правову базу галузі виробництва та споживання біопалив. Проаналізовано законодавчо-нормативні акти окремих держав у сфері розвитку ринку біопалив. Надано рекомендації щодо вирішення на законодавчому рівні питання впровадження в Україні біопалив. = The article brings to light the problems of legal support in the Ukrainian biofuel market functioning. The characteristics of the available statutory-legal basis in the field of biofuel production and consumption is given. Legislative and regulatory acts of separate states in the field of biofuel market development have been analyzed. Recommendations concerning the solving of problems in introduction of all kinds of biofuels in Ukraine on the legislative level are presented.
