To get the required level of effectiveness from potential management, an enterprise must have reliable information data about the current and potential level of its capabilities to effectively assess its resource potential. It will allow administrative personnel to make corrective decisions, receive results from the set purposes, to choose optimum decisions in a direction of their strategic development.
