Аннотація: The work deals with the extraction of oil from amaranth effect of the microwave field. The influence and recommended parameters indications for maximum extraction of the main component under the electromagnetic interference were researched. The scientific hypothesis on intensification of extraction process due to the bar diffusion flow was proved. To do this, given the characteristic oilseeds; describes the technological aspects of extraction method of production of oil; program and methodology of experimental studies; analysis of the research results. The conclusions and proposals enterprise compiled a list of sources.
