Summary: In an experimental study of rolling of billets of aluminum alloys, it was found that in the range of heating temperatures of rolling dies 250 - 350 ° C and a constant degree of deformation, expansion and pressure of metal on the rolls do not change regardless of where the workpieces are deformed (smooth rolls, calibers systems). And the change in the degree of deformation changes their value due to the lack of hardening of the metal under these conditions of deformation.
