Summary: This article substantiates and identifies the best options for solving modern problems of rural development by studying the processes of their sustainable development in the context of decentralization of power and building a conceptual model, as well as improving the structure of organizational and economic mechanism for rural sustainability, strategic programming priorities for the analysis of rural areas in the context of decentralization of power in Ukraine are proposed and the current tasks of forming a resource base for the development of selfsufficient territorial communities and rational use of their natural resources are described and strategic priorities for the development of the national economy.
