Summary: The article reveals the essence of the concept "organizational culture" and substantiates the importance of this factor in the development of competitiveness of the enterprise. Since as a result of underestimation of the value of organizational culture sometimes at the enterprise spontaneously may be formed not the most favorable atmosphere for business from the accompanying phenomena: indifferent and irresponsible attitude to business, high conflict and, as a consequence, a decrease in productivity, which leads to a decrease in economic efficiency of the enterprise.
