formulated in 1992 in Rio de Janeiro in the Program of Action "Agenda for the 21 century", the UN Convention on Biological Diversity, the
World Ecological Summit documents, and the Pan European Strategy for the Conservation Biological Landscape Diversity (Sofia, 1995).
