Summary: This article provides a studies the problem of building a model of integrated electronic educational resources (EЕR) in conditions of «information explosion» in terms of the synergistic approach and the theory of complex open dynamic systems, analyzes the new source of this problem; justified the choice components theoretically model of integrated EЕR in conditions of «information explosion»; the basic characteristics of the components of the integrated model of EER; defined and characterized the relationship and interaction of the components integrated model of EER; the conclusions on results of study; formed areas of further research this issue.
